Return & Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business and pride ourselves in offering you the finest fashion Home decor products. In the event that you need to return or exchange your product, please see below for important information.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Send the items back to us at the address listed on the packing slip/despatch note you received with your order. You must return the product unused and in good condition. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.

If an item(s) is being returned for an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.

For returns, please call Customer Service on 01829705007 (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm) or email cs@healkartltd.co.uk for instructions. We recommend all returns be sent via recorded delivery.

We must receive the returned parcel for the refund to be processed. If the returned order is not received, we are not liable for any refund. You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us and any shipping costs for exchanging items.

Once we receive the returned unopened item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price using the same payment method you used. Refunds will be the product value minus any discounts proportionately applied across your order. Refunds will usually be processed as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation or confirmation of refund entitlement.

If exchange or replacement products are sent, you may incur an additional delivery charge. As a goodwill gesture, we may cover standard delivery charges even though we are not obliged to do so.

Offers on our website may differ from other promotions. Payment of any local taxes or duties outside the UK is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for refunds if an order is lost in customs.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate the trust and loyalty you have shown by ordering from HEALKART LTD. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to stop the order from being dispatched.

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. If you cancel after 48 hours or after delivery, you will only be entitled to a partial refund. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will wait until we receive it back from you before processing the refund. Refunds for unopened boxes (excluding postage and packaging) will be actioned within 30 business days of receiving the returned order.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 business days from the cancellation date.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Why is my card not being accepted?
We do not accept American Express or Diner’s Club cards. If your card is not one of these and is declined, please contact us at cs@healkartltd.co.uk.

How do I cancel or amend my order?
Contact Customer Service immediately on cs@healkartltd.co.uk. If already dispatched, we will arrange free returns and a refund as per our policy.

How do I change my delivery address?
Update your address during checkout or via “My Saved Addresses” in your account.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Contact Customer Service at cs@healkartltd.co.uk for updates.

How do I change my contact details?
Go to “My Account” → “Personal Details” to update name, email, or password. To update billing/delivery addresses, go to “Address Book”.
