Please contact us on cs@healkartltd.co.uk and ensure you have the pack(s) with you so we can locate the order reference printed on each pack.

How do I return or exchange a product?
Please call Customer Service on 01829705007 (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm) or email cs@healkartltd.co.uk for instructions. Refer also to our Return & Refund Policy.

Why is my card not being accepted?
We do not accept American Express or Diner’s Club cards. If your card is not one of these and is still being declined, please contact us at cs@healkartltd.co.uk.

How do I cancel or amend my order?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (later if placed on weekends/public holidays). Contact us immediately on cs@healkartltd.co.uk. If already dispatched, we will arrange free returns and a refund.

How do I change my delivery address?
You can update your address during checkout or via your account area under “My Saved Addresses”.

When will my order be dispatched?
